Kalpshakti Developers – “Spin the Wheel” Promotion Terms and Conditions

1) Open to individuals 18 years and above.

2) Valid for participants interested in booking a flat or commercial shop with Kalpshakti Developers.

3) Anyone can spin the wheel, but prizes (discounts, vouchers, gifts) can only be redeemed after booking a property by paying the advance token amount of 20% of the property value.

4) Only one prize can be redeemed per booking.

5) If the booking is cancelled after prize redemption, the value of the prize will be deducted from the token amount paid.

6) The balance, if any, will be refunded after deductions.

7) Prizes are valid until Labh Pancham (6th November 2024) and are non-transferable.

8) Prizes cannot be combined with other offers or redeemed for cash.

9) The Promotion is valid until Labh Pancham (6th November 2024).

10) Kalpshakti Developers reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion without prior notice.

11) The Promotion is subject to  jurisdiction of Vapi City.
